In light of the extraordinary circumstances the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic has created, I would like to express my heartfelt wishes to you and your loved ones. I hope you are all in good health, and are taking measures to remain so during these trying times. The next few weeks (or months) certainly will be challenging for all of us.
Challenging times often require timely and decisive action. To that end, EB Industries has taken, effective immediately, many preventative and proactive measures that both keep our employees safe and provide critical services to you, our loyal customers, in a timely and uninterrupted fashion. We believe these measures meet or exceed the guidelines and best-practices set forth by health, safety, manufacturing and labor agencies/authorities.
Preventative measures include wearing latex gloves, thorough hand washing, visitor restrictions, social distancing, and at-home work schedules for at-risk and non-production employees.
To proactively mitigate the risk of an employee being infected, and therefore forcing a shift quarantine, we have split our production staff into two distinct groups. This redundancy will allow us the opportunity to continue to operate, even if an entire shift is quarantined.
Each one of us at EB Industries is committed to remaining safe and healthy, while still providing the services that you rely on from us for your business and personal livelihood. Although local, state and federal authorities may have the final say, we will do everything in our power to continue to offer you the quality expedited service you’re accustomed to, and to constantly review and adjust our procedures and measures as we learn more and as each new day unfolds.
